Description

Sunday Brunch Chicken using Maggie and Mary's Dry Soup Mix.

Ingredients

1 pk
Chicken Broccoli Soup (Maggie and Mary Soup Mix)
1⁄2 c
Sour Cream
2 c
Ham (Chopped)
1 cn
Sliced Mushrooms (Drained)

Instructions

Make soup according to package directions except delete 1 cup water. Simmer 45 minutes. Stir sour cream into prepared soup. Add mushrooms. Place ham in baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Pour prepared soup over all. Bake at 325 degress for about 1 hour or till bubbly. Serve over rice. Garnish with either slivered almonds or shredded cheese.
